Kross Janitorial Ltd. was founded by Pamandeep Rai in Edmonton, AB. Prior to starting his own company, Rai had been in the building and maintenance industry for over eight (8) years where he gained his vast knowledge and expertise in facility management focusing on janitorial and cleaning services. He started the company with three (3) retail stores in 2009 and since then, because of his perseverance to provide the best quality of products and services to his clients, the company has grown tremendously by more than thirty (30) folds in span of five years in the industry, servicing clients in the industrial, commercial and residential sectors.
Kross Janitorial Ltd. is now presently serving customers in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan Canada.

Pamandeep Rai, Founder & President
Rai concentrates his efforts and those of his company’s on looking after his customer’s janitorial/cleaning needs. He takes great pride in providing superior customer service through offering quality services.
In his role as President, He oversees the whole operation of the company including but not limited to market access, strategic partnerships & alliances and government & external affairs.
Rai is a hands-on manager and enjoys interacting with customers.
Mandeep Rai, VP of Operations
Mandeep joined Kross Janitorial Ltd. as Vice President, Operations. In this role, He leads all operations-related activities for the company.
Throughout his career he has supported change initiatives related to project management, personnel monitoring activities, operational efficiencies, and overall corporate growth & development.
Debbie Olsen, Executive Assistant to the President/Office Manager
Debbie joined Kross Janitorial Ltd. in 2012 as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President. She is responsible for the overall office administrative processes, company’s payables & receivables and the human resources of the company.
Debbie provides direct administrative and office management support to all members of the executive and functional team, as directed by the office of the President.
Lorenzo Serrano, National Sales Manager
Lorenzo has over 20 years of sales & marketing experience ranging from hospitality, pharmaceutical, consumer package goods, financial to building and maintenance industry.
Lorenzo joined Kross Janitorial Ltd. in September 2013 as Sales Manager. He oversees the overall sales & marketing operations of the company.
Harjit Kaur Rai, Procurement Manager
Harjit has been with the company since 2009. Her responsibilities are for the overall corporate purchasing activities from cleaning supplies, machineries & equipment, to maintenance & other operating supplies as well as controlling the Inventory.
In her role, Harjit works closely with all our suppliers and service providers to ensure that Kross Janitorial Ltd. has the most up-to-date products available in the market to better serve our clients.
